Terry Davis certainly has developed a wonderful chapter reviewing all the 
various tests; I was fortunate to go along for the ride. Dave Baker, Joanne 
Nurss, and Ruth Parker deserve most of the credit for parenting the TOFHLA, 
Spanish-TOFHLA, and short TOFHLA.
