Dear Educators,

Two dynamic ESL plays begin April 4, and will be performed for one week
only.

? Students participate after each scene by asking the 'Presenter'
questions.
? They can have the scene repeated if they want or need to see it again.
? Students not only see fascinating plays performed by professional
actors, they
also participate actively throughout the evening. After the plays
are completed,
the actors join the students and teachers to discuss their opinions
and ideas
   about the characters and themes.

Socrates on Trial, the theater's exciting play takes the students to
Athens, Greece in the year 399 B.C. Students become the Greek Assembly
and vote on Socrates guilt or innocence.

The new play, Galileo, is performed by seven actors in period costumes
of Renaissance Italy. This original play reveals his relationships with
his daughter Maria Celeste, with the pope, the development of the
telescope, his astronomical observations, discoveries and fallacies
until the trial in 1633.
