When you eat out, you can still eat well if you choose carefully, know how your food is prepared, and watch portion sizes. Select dishes that include fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean cuts of meats and poultry, eggs, fish, beans, and low-fat or fat free milk products. (Answer continues on next page.)
