Medicare offers prescription drug coverage for everyone with
Medicare. This coverage is called "Part D." To get Medicare drug
coverage, a person must join a plan run by an insurance company or
other private company approved by Medicare. Each plan can vary in
cost and drugs covered. If a person wants Medicare drug coverage,
he or she needs to choose a plan that works with their health
coverage.
