About the ASRP Website

This website was designed by researchers from the National Center for the Study of Adult Learning and Literacy (NCSALL), a unit of the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. Funding for this project was provided by a grant from the National Institute for Literacy.

The Project Director is Rosalind Davidson, Ed.D., a Research Associate at NCSALL, where she was Assistant Director of the Adult Reading Components Study (ARCS), the original research upon which this website is based.

In addition to conducting research, Dr. Davidson, in collaboration with John Strucker, Ed.D., the Director of the ARCS, teaches a course in adult reading instruction at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

The Project Research Assistant is Kelly Bruce, M.A., who worked with Drs. Strucker and Davidson on the ARCS project.
