O'Neill and U.S. Treasurer Rosario Marin will unveil Series EE savings bonds designated as "Patriot Bonds" on Tuesday, December 11, 2001. They will be joined by Bureau of Public Debt Commissioner Van Zeck, Sens. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Tim Johnson (D-SD), and Conrad Burns (R-MT). The event will take place at 8:46 a.m. EST in the Diplomatic Room (Rm. 3311) at the Department of the Treasury, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC. The room will be available for pre-set at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
