1. Leave Washington DC on I-270N.
2. Take the I-70W exit toward Hagerstown.  Merge onto I-70W.
3. At Hancock, MD, exit right toward I-70W/I-76W to New Stanton/Pittsburgh. Merge onto I-70W/I-76W (portions toll).
4. From I-70/I-76W, take Exit 8 toward US-119/Greensburg/PA-66/PA Turnpike/Wheeling WV.  Stay right at the fork in the ramp.  Merge onto I-70W.
5. From I-70W, take Exit 46B to PA-51N toward Pittsburgh.  Merge onto PA-51N and continue past the Century III Mall.
6. Follow the Yellow Belt (right ramp towards South Park/Bethel Park).  Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
7. Merge onto Curry Hollow Road/Lebanon Church Road/Yellow Belt.
8. Proceed forward to Curry Hollow Road/Yellow Belt.  Curry Hollow Road/Yellow Belt becomes Brownsville Road/Yellow Belt.
9. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto Brownsville Road at the 2nd light after going under the Railroad Trestle.  Sign indicates Bruceton Research Center.
10. Stay straight onto Cochrans Mills Road.  Pass the VFW Post 1940 on left and continue for ~ 2 miles.  National Energy Technology Center entrance is on the right.
