B-Roll Video

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has B-roll video footage that is available to media professionals. The video footage includes various shots of the currency production process.

Broadcast-quality b-roll of the new currency is available via The Newsmarket - a secure online microsite for journalists to access multimedia resources about the redesigned currency education program.

There is no charge to obtain and/or use the footage.

B-roll footage (including High Definition format) can also be acquired from Getty Images. There is a licensing fee for all footage acquired from Getty Images.

B-roll video footage is also available directly from the BEP (Beta SP format only) for a 10 day loan. Requestors must fax or e-mail their request on official company letterhead to the appropriate contact listed below. The request must include the following information:

• Complete name
• Mailing address
• Telephone number
• A statement of the intended use of the footage

All requests are subject to verification. You may expedite shipping by providing a Federal Express Account number on the request. All other requests will be delivered through First Class Mail by the U.S. Postal Service.
