This bulletin has been prepared by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Diversion Control, ARCOS Unit, to assist participating ARCOS registrants with the preparation and submission of required DEA controlled substance transaction reports to ARCOS.

• COMMERCIAL MAILING ADDRESS CHANGE (DEA HEADQUARTERS)

Effective October 12, 2007, all parcels/mail sent by ARCOS Participants to DEA Headquarters via commercial carrier such as Federal Express (FedEx), United Service (UPS), special messengers, DHL, etc. should be addressed as follows:

ARCOS Registrants using the U.S. Postal Service for delivery of ARCOS transaction reporting media, or other documents, must continue to use the following address:
