Details for using Forms: Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) files may be printed and then used in the same manner as any traditional paper form. They can be viewed on-line and printed with Adobe Acrobat software, including the free Acrobat Reader, which can operate as plug-ins to your browser or as stand-alone applications.
Some of the PDF forms may also be filled out on your screen, then printed.
In order to use this feature, you must have Adobe
Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3.0 or above. The data is not
electronically submitted. You will be able to save the form with the
filled-in information only if you use the purchased version of Adobe Acrobat;
if you are using the free Reader software, and you can only save the blank
form.
