Member
George Black will preside at a public hearing in Chicago from September
13 through 15 into the fatal grade crossing accident at Bourbonnais, Illinois,
on March 15, 1999. Eleven passengers on Amtrak train No. 59, the City of
New Orleans, were killed and 122 persons were injured when the train struck
a tractor semitrailer.
