This program is intended for multi-disciplinary team members that provide direct care to women with pregnancies complicated by diabetes. Participants will receive information about current practice standards, management interventions, an introduction to self-management and self-care strategies that are implemented during pregnancies complicated by diabetes. Management and strategy concepts are based on the highly successful Sweet Success model of care and are consistent with the current American Diabetes Association Recommendations.
