Greg Williams

Managing Director, Contracts and Grants Management

Gregory Quent Williams, Managing Director, Contracts and Grants Management Division for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), manages the acquisition of goods and services for the Corporation. The Contracts Division has a staff of twenty-three acquisition professionals that award contracts in direct support of the MCC mission.

Mr. Williams has managed acquisitions in eight Federal Government agencies, and has many years experience as a contracts manager in the private sector. He also has many years experience as an adjunct professor teaching procurement and contracting courses.

Mr. Williams has earned the following professional certifications from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA): Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), and Simplified Acquisition Specialist (SAS). He is a member of the Board of Advisors for the NCMA.  Mr. Williams has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Economics and Finance from the University of the District of Columbia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
