DOE Determinations in Progress

2003, 2006 and 2009 IECC - Under review at DOE: DOE is currently assessing whether the 2003 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) would achieve greater efficiency compared to the 2000 IECC, and whether the 2006 IECC would achieve greater energy efficiency compared to the 2003 IECC.

When the Determination is posted, states that submit their certification will be shown in the map below and a link to their state certification letter will be provided.
