§ 1194.23 (k)(4)

The status of all locking or toggle controls or keys shall be visually discernible, and discernible either through touch or sound.

Options can be add through sound card
Internal/external speakers
Caps lock, numlock, scroll lock, power button
Computer should make a noise or a sound when turned on
Use status lights
Keyboard locks are mostly controlled
by the operating system
