“My musical experiences at York College have been second to none. I know that when I step into my classroom as a teacher that I will be ready because the Music Department leaves no stone unturned in its preparation of teachers. In the same way, I am a far better performer than when I arrived at York College. Training in the musical field is hard, but nowhere else will you be able to learn those hard lessons from a faculty that loves and cares for its students like YC. YC has given me opportunities to perform, conduct, teach, and grow in my profession, all while learning to better my walk with God. I don’t think it gets any better than that.”
