Cultural Resource Database
This database reflects various nutrition education materials for culturally diverse audiences. The directory originated from the wealth of materials developed as a result of the ES/WIC Nutrition Education Initiative, a 3-year initiative in cooperation with WIC and USDA/CSREES Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program.
It is a keyword searchable database that contains a brief description of the material developed, the type of resource developed, the state it was developed in, the target audience it is intended to reach, as as well as the cost and contact person.
This database was developed by the University of Illinois Cooperative Extension Service Illinet Department, with input from the subcommittee: Robin Orr, University of Illinois; Linda Cook, University of Florida; JoAnn McCloud-Harrison, University of Georgia; Deb Shaffer, USDA; Karen Konzelmann, USDA; and Wells Willis, USDA.
