Billing Information: If you paid by bank card, your monthly statement will contain a reservation billing under the name "Recreation Gov 888-448-1474 NY". Please make note of this. If you have questions, please call the toll free number listed above.

Ticket Delivery Options: Tickets purchased in advance can be picked up at Will Call at the park on the day of your tour. Tickets need to be picked up at least 60 minutes before scheduled tour starts. Changes: Individuals may change the date, time, and /or tour (within the same facility) prior to arrival by calling the toll free number. To change a reservation, the caller must be able to verify the name or phone number on the ticket reservation. The caller does not have to be the person named on the reservation. Upon arrival, changes may only be made by facility personnel depending on local policy and availability. Changes requested within 1 day of scheduled tour time must be made at the facility.

Cancellations: There are no refunds for tickets purchased for Independence Hall.

Service Fee: The $1.50 advance ticketing fee for the Washington Monument, Independence Hall, and the Frederick Douglas Home are non-refundable (including the shipping and handling fee for tickets that have been mailed to the customer).

Emergency Closures: In the event of an emergency, every attempt will be made to notify customers and re-book the tour.

Changes to the Policies and Procedures: We reserve the right when necessary to modify reservation policies.
