IMPORTANT! - There are NO REFUNDS on any ticket orders for the Washington Monument. When the Monument is unexpectedly closed due to high winds, national security concerns, or for whatever reason, we will NOT be able to refund any money at all. In these cases, we will do our best to rebook your tickets to another date and we apologize for the inconvenience. If we are able to re-book your tour, new shipping and handling charges will apply.

An unexpected closure of the Monument is the ONLY time we can re-book tours for the Washington Monument. All other orders are final and cannot be changed once payment is completed.
