Microsoft Awards the Houston Public Library Digital Inclusion Initiative $4.5 Million Grant

Microsoft has awarded the Houston Public Library a $4.5 million grant in support of the Digital Inclusion Initiative and for the launch of WeCAN Works, a city-wide digital literacy and workforce readiness program designed to bridge Houston’s digital divide by making digital literacy and access to technology more accessible in high need, underserved communities.
