Current OMH Grantees

The Office of Minority Health (OMH) administers grant programs in an effort to facilitate community linkages and strategies that use scarce resources efficiently across national lines. These grants aim to support community organizations and science-based efforts to eliminate health disparities. OMH serves as the focal point within the HHS for leadership, policy exchange, coalition and partnership building, and related efforts to address the health needs of racial and ethnic minorities.
