and utilizing basic request functions.

Resources for Docline Members
- DOCLINE-L
is an email discussion list available from the National
Library of Medicine (NLM). The purpose of the
discussion list is to provide NLM with a means of
broadcasting messages to Docline users. It also
provides a forum for DOCLINE users to communicate with
each other and with NLM about issues related to
Docline, SERHOLD, or document delivery.

Docline Features
Electronic Fund Transfer System (EFTS)
The Electronic Fund Transfer System (EFTS) is a transaction-based electronic billing system for interlibrary-loan (ILL) and document delivery.
EFTS virtually eliminates the need to create invoices and write checks for re-imbursement for interlibrary loans and document delivery between participants. Among the advantages are monthly detailed transaction based reports, the ability to handle variable charges and the ability to handle non-DOCLINE transactions.
