Government Customer Service Community of Interest

In January 2008, USA Services initiated a Government Customer Service Community of Interest. This community of interest is an interagency group of customer service professionals.

 

The Community of Interest is currently reorganizing and will be active again in April 2009. For more information contact Robert Smudde at Robert.Smudde@gsa.gov.
