Good News for Alabama Families
The number of children in Alabama with healthcare coverage has grown significantly in the last year. This means that those children will now be healthier, happier children who have better school attendance and probably make better grades. Why? Because they are now getting well child check-ups, immunizations, vision and dental care. Now, if they do get sick their parents can afford to take them to their own doctor.
ALL Kids is a low-cost, comprehensive healthcare coverage program for children under age 19. Benefits include well child check-ups and immunizations, sick child doctor visits, prescriptions, vision and dental care, hospitalization, mental health and substance abuse services, and much more.
ALL Kids uses Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama to provide medical and mental health and substance abuse services through their preferred provider network. To find a provider, click here.
