Community Outreach Services

COMMUNITY OUTREACH SERVICES are designed to assist providers, agencies and groups to provide scientifically and culturally relevant options to reach communities in-need of public health services. This includes Collaboration & Networking which are each dynamic processes where partners work together to achieve shared outcomes with and for their stakeholders. Goals and measurements are established to achieve outcomes, improving existing services or building upon each others competences in order to accomplish innovative responses to an issue or outside force.
