JFSP Final Reporting Requirements

Content
Each JFSP-funded PI is responsible for submitting the following documentation by the project termination date:
Final Report
Please upload your final report directly to the JFSP database through the JFSP website. The final report will then be automatically made available via the JFSP website. Final reports must include the following elements:
- Cover page with project title, JFSP project ID number, PI name and affiliation, co-author names and affiliations, and the JFSP logo
- Abstract (one to three paragraphs)
- Background and purpose (one to two pages)
- Study description and location (two to three pages)
- Key findings with one-two paragraph discussion of each
- Management implications with one-two paragraph discussion of each
- Relationship to other recent findings and ongoing work on this topic (one to two pages)
- Future work needed (one to two pages)
- The deliverables crosswalk table (list all deliverables identified in your proposal and the status of each, plus additional deliverables you have created)

Deliverables
Please upload all of your project deliverables directly to the JFSP database through the JFSP website. As publications are completed, please remember to return to the JFSP website and upload additional or finalized deliverables.
Findings
JFSP has a query interface available from the JFSP website for individuals to quickly obtain findings from JFSP projects according to a variety of search criteria. Please enter and attribute the key findings from your work directly into the JFSP database via the JFSP website. The findings data dictionary describes the attributes and is available from the JFSP website.
Photographs
Please upload three to five photographs from your project directly to the JFSP database through the JFSP website. Photographs will be used to promote your work via Fire Science Briefs or other means.
