Interoperability Technology Today Fall Edition 2008

The fall 2008 edition of Interoperability Technology Today highlights new information sharing capabilities of the Nlets (International Justice and Public Safety Information Sharing Network) network—providing law enforcement officers with the real-time confirmation of a driver's identity via immediate access to driver license photos. This edition also highlights critical interoperability progress made by the Interoperability Starts at Burger King program, which builds ties among different local emergency response leaders on various emergency and interoperability issues, and spotlights the incredible contributions made by Steve Souder throughout the twenty years he has focused on interoperability challenges. Interoperability Technology Today provides more than 9,000 emergency responders and policy makers nationwide with news about interoperability initiatives and best practices.
