Community Access to Child Health
(CATCH) Grants
To help pediatricians achieve the goal of increasing
the number of medical homes for children with special health
care needs, the CATCH program funds projects that investigate
ways in which physicians can create medical homes for children
with special health care needs within their practices and/or
communities.
This program supports pediatricians in planning and implementation
of community-based child health initiatives. Six-month grants
of up to $12,000 are awarded
each year on a competitive basis.
