Subcommittee Hearing on Post Katrina Response and Recovery

 The hearing focused on overall disaster recovery programs being provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA") and concentrated on housing policy, and problems and solutions regarding rebuilding public infrastructure.
