  1. Question

what galaxies are targets for finding life? is animal life more common than civilizations. could i expect europa to have complex alien like-fish?

Astrobiologists are not yet searching for life beyond our solar system, except for the SETI programs that are looking for intelligent life. If you look up the definition of "galaxy" in a dictionary, I think you can answer for yourself the question about which galaxies might be targeted. Since no one has found extraterrestrial life, we don't know if either animals or civilizations exist, so we can't say which is more common. David Morrison
