U.S. Flag Requests
Congressman Aderholt's office is proud to provide constituents of the Fourth Congressional Districta who request it with a flag flown over the United States Capitol. Each flag costs the purchase price of the flag and a service charge assessed by the Architect of the Capitol on all flags flown. A certificate of authenticity will be included with the flag.
Flags from past dates are not available, however, a specific date for the flag to be flown can be requested. We advise that it be done at least 3 weeks in advance.
To request flags, please print, complete, and mail or fax the following Flag Request Form with your check or money order.
