INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS
TO SUBMIT WRITTEN TESTIMONY FOR THE RECORD
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010

Send two copies of testimony to the subcommittee in H-143 in the Capitol. A cover letter should be sent with these two copies of testimony requesting that the testimony be entered into the record. The statement must conform to the following guidelines:

• Do not exceed five pages;
• Single-spaced on 8.5 by 11 inch letter size paper;
• Clearly state in the first paragraph the agency, program, and amount of money involved in the request.
• Do not include color and detailed photographs. The use of charts and tables and appropriate bold type and bullets are acceptable, as long as they are within the five page maximum length.

Testimony must be received no later than April 22, 2009
