Downloading, Installing, and Running CAMEO

Download CAMEOfm version 2.0

If you have a previous version of CAMEO, you must take steps to safeguard your existing data.  Please read the following instructions for details:

If you have a previous version of CAMEO:

You must backup all data that you added to CAMEO prior to installing the new version.

Installing the new version will overwrite all the data files in your CAMEO Folder and erase your Siteplans and CameoMap folders.

You need to perform a complete export from CAMEO, and also save copies of your SitePlans and CameoMap folders prior to installation.

Once you have backed up the required data, you should install the new CAMEO application in the same folder as your previous version.

After installing CAMEO, replace the newly installed SitePlans and CameoMap folders with your previous versions. These folder will be inside the newly installed CAMEO Data folder which is installed in the public user documents folder. (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents)

Download the Program

The CAMEO chemical library has been moved into a separate program called CAMEO Chemicals, the newest component in the CAMEO software suite. (The downloadable version of CAMEO Chemicals can share information with other programs in the CAMEO suite, and an online version is also available.)
