Parents are an amazing resource and should be in close contact with those who influence their child’s life, including school personnel. Parents: don’t be afraid to ask your child’s teachers to contact you with information regarding your child. Similarly, inform teachers of your child’s specific needs. If communication is open and constant, teachers can work with your child more effectively.
