Dear Mr. [Redacted], Mr. [Redacted], and Ms. [Redacted]:

By letter dated September 27, 2000, [Redacted] sought administrative review of a decision by United States Trustee [Redacted] to suspend⁽¹⁾ Mr. [Redacted] until he resolved the deficiencies identified in a Field Examination performed by personnel of the United States Trustee Program.  I have received from [Redacted], Esq., counsel for Mr. [Redacted], a copy of a letter dated November 8, 2000 from Mr. [Redacted] informing the United States Trustee that he has resigned from the panel of chapter 7 trustees effective immediately.

In light of this development, I conclude this review is moot.
