Theodore Roosevelt National Park has released a Draft Elk Management Plan / Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and is soliciting public comment. The draft plan/EIS analyzes several alternatives for initial herd reduction. The draft EIS does not identify a preferred alternative.
