The Illinois Department on Aging is proud to be part of the Aging Network serving Illinois’ older population. We seek to increase public awareness of our programs by continually communicating with media, legislators, advocacy groups and service providers. We also communicate with state and local agencies, labor unions, the religious community and those in the health, medical and education fields – as well as the general public.
The Department takes pride in working to provide older adults with the knowledge necessary to serve them well.
