Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations. These changes will further damage rural
communities that are already struggling for survival. The middle states
in particular are fighting to preserve the economic viability of their
rural communities, and they certainly don't need to field additional
blows from the FDIC. Please do not adopt this rule.
