NOTICE TO REGAL RESTITUTION VICTIMS
The Court-appointed disbursing agent, Heffler, Radetich & Saitta L.L.P., is preparing to disburse restitution payments to the investor victims of Regal Communications Corp. There currently is a total of $2,648,527 that is available for distribution on pro rata basis in restitution to the investor victims under the Restitution Order entered by the Court. The disbursing agent intends to issue payments to victims in the very near future. Please see the attached notice form for additional information.
If you are entitled to receive restitution and you have recently changed your mailing address, you should notify the disbursing agent, Heffler, Radetich & Saitta L.L.P., 1515 Market Street, Suite 1700, Philadelphia, PA 19102-1964, in writing of your address change.
