Follow these steps to access the Feredal Resume Builder at Site 2:

1. When the "Army Civilian Personnel Online" home page comes on, click on the "Employment Opportunities" option.
2. When the "Employment Opportunities" page comes on, select the "Army's Resume Builder" option.
3. When the "Resume Builder" page comes on, read each of the available options and select the one you wish to use.
