Fort Worth, Texas—Congresswoman Kay Granger announced that the Department of Homeland Security has award three District 12 communities “Assistance to Firefighters” Grants.

The Greenwood Rural Volunteer Fire Department in the Weatherford area has been awarded $28,120 for operations and safety needs.

The Haltom City Fire Rescue Department has been awarded $44,415 for operations and safety needs.

The Paradise Volunteer Fire Department has been awarded $204,250 for vehicle acquisition, operations and safety needs.
