The Payette National Forest has over 600 miles of roads and groomed trails available to snowmobile enthusiasts. The grooming program is often a cooperative effort among the Forest, County and Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. These trails can lead you to hot springs at Burgdorf, the town of Warren, or to remote areas offering serene winter vistas. Remember to be prepared when enjoying winter outdoor activities.

Please note, snowmobiles are not permitted within ski area boundaries.

An updated grooming report for Valley County and the McCall area is available by calling 208.634.0427. For specific information about other locations, contact the Payette National Forest office near the area where you want to go.
