Abstract:

OSHA is announcing the re-opening of the rulemaking record on non- asbestiform tremolite, anthophyllite and actinolite to allow for the submission of comments and analyses on a recent document submitted to the Agency by the American Thoracic Society (ATS). OSHA is also re- convening the informal public hearing for one day to provide an opportunity for testimony to be presented by ATS. The hearing will begin at 9 a.m. on 11/9/90, at USDOL, 200 Constitution Ave., Washington, D.C. CONTACT: James Foster.
