Welcome to ODEO

The Office of Outreach, Diversity, and Equal Opportunity (ODEO) assists the Agency in sustaining a workplace environment that respects and values the differing backgrounds, perspectives, talents, and experiences of the ARS workforce.  The ODEO advises ARS leadership on Agency efforts regarding workforce diversity in order to enhance our ability to serve the full range of customers who benefit from ARS research and technology, while maintaining an effective and efficient Equal Employment Opportunity compliance and complaints management program.
