View a Shuttle Launch

    Did you know you can watch a launch from right here at Kennedy Space Center? If you will be in Florida for a launch, you have two options for viewing it. Security concerns have caused NASA to suspend the issuance of passes for viewing launches from privately owned vehicles on Kennedy Space Center property. However, a limited number of Launch Transportation Tickets for viewing selected Space Shuttle and Expendable Launch Vehicle launches on Center are available for purchase through Kennedy’s Visitor Complex. There are also many prime viewing areas outside of the space center.

    NOTE: Car passes for viewing Space Shuttle launches are not available at this time.
