Child Support Evaders (Arrest Warrant Issued)

*** Attention – Parents Responsible for Paying Child Support***

On April 20, 2009 The Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) introduced new payment options that will make it more convenient for parents to make their child support payments. These new payment options will give you the ability to make a payment for child support by (1) using a VISA or MasterCard (MC) credit card or a bank debit card carrying the Visa or MC logo, there are no fees for this service; or (2) an automatic monthly debit to your checking or savings account for your child support payment. You will be required to bring in a blank check for DCSE to capture the bank routing and account number. Your check will be returned to you after the information is captured for payment processing.

You must have your ATLAS case number(s) and a valid Arizona Driver’s License or another form of government issued ID for purposes of positive identification when using these payment options.

Payments are now being accepted at the following offices:

West Valley Child Support Office
8910 N. 43 Ave.
Suite 105
Glendale, Arizona, 85302
Hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Phoenix Financial Center
3443 North Central Ave.
First Floor Lobby, Child Support Office
Phoenix, Arizona 85012
Hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

In the coming months DCSE will be expanding these payment options to all local and county child support offices.

Please visit our website for updates regarding credit card payments, automatic payment debit and further payment options that will become available to you in the future.

*** Attention - Online Feature For Employers ***

Child Support Enforcement (CSE) understands that child support-related activities create extra work for employers. Our online service was developed to minimize your administrative burden while complying with your legal requirements related to child support. CSE provides a web based service (e-Employer) to our business partners which enables you and your staff to receive and respond to child support notices electronically.

On behalf of Arizona’s children, we would like to thank employers for the vital role they play in the child support enforcement program. By withholding child support payments from employees’ paychecks and enrolling children in their parent’s health insurance plans, employers help ensure the financial security of children and families. We value your partnership and assistance in helping families in need of services and support. Learn more about e-Employer and going paperless.

Ability to Suspend or Revoke Licenses

Child Support Enforcement has legal "Authority to Suspend or Revoke Licenses for Failure to Pay Child Support"

Updates regarding your case payment information may be obtained within this web site or by using the IVR telephone system.
