NSSC Grant Status Carryover
The NSSC's Cumulative Grant Status Carryover Update can be found at: Grant Status Carryover
To query by Center for Grant Status Carryover: Grant Status Carryover by Center

Note: The following definitions apply to the Center query (page 4 of 4):

Planning: The NSSC is actively reviewing documents from the Center in order to make a complete technical requirements package (i.e., PR, Tech Eval, Collaboration Statement, etc.).

Pending: The package processing is on hold. A condition exists that requires further investigation (i.e., a revised budget would be needed following negotiations by the Grant Officer).

Work in Process (WIP): The grant award is being processed by the NSSC Service Provider. If required, additional documentation may be requested.

FY 2009 Earmarks:
The NSSC has issued 70 RFP letters for FY 2009 NASA Earmarks. Proposals were due back to the NSSC and NASA Technical Officers not later than August 14, 2009. Tina Landes (228-813-6175) is the primary POC for Earmarks at the NSSC.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS TO NASA GRANT RECIPIENTS:

NASA is pleased to announce an important milestone in providing more transparency about how research grants dollars are being spent.

NASA is improving public access to detailed information about grant NASA awards by implementing a new research-focused initiative called "Research.gov."

Research.gov is a collaborative partnership of Federal research-oriented agencies working together for the ultimate benefit of the research community. NASA is partnering with the National Science Foundation who is leading this important initiative. The Research Spending and Results Service lets Congress, the general public, and the broader research community easily search and find grant award information for NASA and NSF at one website.

This will be an incredibly useful service for our users. See for yourself at www.research.gov
