Subject:      UMLS Customer Support Team Office Hours

All: On Friday, March 2, the UMLS Customer Support team will begin offering weekly office hours. This is time set aside for users to consult one-on-one with UMLS staff by phone or at the NLM. Office hours are by appointment to help us prepare to assist you. Appointments will be available on Friday afternoons between 2 and 4 p.m. ET, first come, first served. This is a pilot service; if response is positive and resources remain available it may be made permanent.
