Spisak A Repeat CoSIDA Academic All-District Selection

West Chester University junior shortstop Nick Spisak (Millersville, Pa./Penn Manor) was named to the 2009 second-team ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA academic all-district 2 in the college division it was announced recently.

Four Golden Rams Named All-PSAC East In Softball

West Chester University was well represented on the 2009 All-PSAC East softball squad, which was announced recently by the league office. The Golden Rams put two players on the first team and two players on the second team in a vote of the league’s head coaches.

PSAC Champs Begin Preparations For Regionals

Fresh off its first conference crown in 24 years, West Chester University’s baseball squad begins its preparations for the NCAA Atlantic Regional Tournament, which gets under way on Thursday, May 14 at Owls Field in West Lawn, Pa. The Golden Rams open the regionals with a 12 p.m. contest against Concord.

West Chester Men Place 8th At PSAC Outdoor Championships

West Chester’s men’s track & field squad finished eighth in the team standings on the final day of competition at the 2009 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at Chryst Field at Biemesderfer Stadium on the campus of Millersville University Friday afternoon.
