Update on New DHS H-2B Regulations

On 1/15/08 a Round Table discussion was held at the Governor's Cabinet Conference Room regarding issues surrounding the new H-2B regulations promulgated by the department of Homeland Security. The Department has made the power point presentation, agenda and federal register documents available for the public to view (see attachments below).
